At our core, we are a family company built on relationships, trust, and a genuine passion for building. The business was founded in 1995 by Roger Yates, who left his career at an engineering firm to pursue his dream of building custom homes and helping families create spaces they love.

For decades, Roger focused on custom homes, remodels, home additions, and small commercial projects throughout Central Kentucky, building a reputation for quality work and honest relationships.

Today, his son Mason Yates is proud to carry that legacy forward while leading the company through a new chapter and rebrand. By combining Roger’s deep residential experience with Mason’s background managing large-scale commercial construction projects, our goal is simple: to provide thoughtful craftsmanship, clear communication, and a building experience where every client feels valued and taken care of from start to finish.

Mason Yates
Mason Yates is a construction professional based in Central Kentucky with more than a decade of experience managing residential and large-scale commercial building projects. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Civil Engineering, Mason has spent his career overseeing projects from planning and budgeting through final completion, managing multi-million-dollar developments and leading teams of professionals to deliver high-quality results. His background includes hands-on residential construction, field inspection, and project management, giving him a well-rounded perspective on every stage of the building process. Mason is known for clear communication, strong financial oversight, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Roger Yates
Roger Yates brings more than 31 years of experience in residential construction throughout Central Kentucky. Over the course of his career, Roger has worked on a wide range of projects including custom home builds, remodels, and home additions, developing a reputation for practical problem-solving and attention to detail. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Mining Engineering, Roger combines technical knowledge with decades of hands-on building experience. His deep familiarity with construction in the Central Kentucky region allows him to provide valuable guidance throughout the building process, helping ensure projects are completed with quality, efficiency, and lasting craftsmanship.
